After he removed old water heater, he noted that the valves and pipes behind water heater were leaking so they also needed to be replaced. Total job was completed just underneath 4 hours. All in all, it turned out to be more expensive than anticipated but due to age, corrosive valves, etc. it was certainly time to replace. I took advantage of financing that was available for half the cost of job, which was helpful.Daniel concisely explained everything before beginning the job and afterwards showed me where the on/off switch was located on water heater, demonstrated where pilot light was located and how it worked.
