Best Septic System Design And Installation in Phoenix AZ

I thought we had a septic tank for our sewer service, turns out we are on city sewer and sanitation. I called Sewer Time thinking we had a septic pipe leak but it was the main sewer pipe to the street. Dan at Sewer Time explained how my sewage and water system works and that they were a full licensed plumbing company and they dug up and replaced our sewer line. They did it fast and were very clean doing the work. I want to recommend these guys to everyone sewer system or septic system they do it all.

He walked me through my septic system from drain field to clean outs to be sure I needed the system pumped and helped me figure out that I had a clog at the septic intake. They where on time , Ben takes care of everything with his machinery, we are building a new home and he’s prices for graveling where very fair compared to others, it did not make sense for us to rent the machinery and do it ourself. The other good part it’s that we found out he actually does demo and hauling too, definitely will use him again!

We searched around for a septic contractor that could do a turnkey septic system for our new house in Scottsdale, and could not find anyone that could do the soils perc testing, design, excavate and install the septic tank as well as the leach field needed. A friend gave me Arizona septic tank information and we hired them to do our system and were very happy with how these guys handled everything.

Amazing company with unbelievable customer service. We had an issue on a Saturday morning and the owner of the company personally helped us out with a clog. I am so furious! If I could give no stars I would! In the process of selling my home and needed septic pumped and inspected. I was told they could put me on the schedule for a week from today which was Thursday...and today. When I asked if they could give me a time frame I was told they could not ......it could be anytime up until the time they closed. At 4pm they had not showed up yet! When I called them up they said I wasn't on the schedule!!!! Really? Wrong thing to do to a home owner in the process of moving! Such poor business practice! Do yourself a favor and skip this place! Plus, NO apology nothing!!!
