Had a simple plumbing problem, boy was I wrong. Called and talked to Martha and scheduled an appointment for a Saturday. Abdiel and John showed up and introduced themselves and quickly went to assess the situation. After a few minutes they said that they had to come back Monday. Monday arrives, Abdiel came early, very professional and polite and got busy right away. After a little while he came in with the news, he spoke directly to the landlord and informed him what was going on. Hero Home Service will be the first people I call for plumbing or AC work, they are truly a 5 star company. Don't settle for anyone else because in all honesty you get what you pay for and Hero Home Service has great prices and amazing technicians and office people.

Look elsewhere! They told us we needed a new septic tank but considering we just had it inspected, I'm pretty sure they played us. Broke our sprinkler system and put in a new one which didn't work. Brought in rocks and just dumped them in random piles. We can literally see our septic tank sticking out of the ground because they didn't bother covering it correctly. Completely ruined our backyard and no professionalism at all. I could go on. Save yourself the headache of dealing with people that don't answer their phones after you paid them and seriously look somewhere else.

Dan was amazing. He came in and looked at the issue. Discover the problem and quoted the price. It was a larger issue than expected so he showed me the issue and gave the new price. He told me about their vip program and it saved some money. The price was a bit more than expected but based on showing me the issue he allowed some time to think about it. He educated me in the decision I was making and offered a program that with the discount applied it would help if any other issues occur. Even getting the program a year I saved more than the 12 month cost and added protection in case more plumbing issues arise in my home.
