I want to say Thank You. I had called on Saturday with an issue regarding the water valves under my kitchen sink, I was having a dishwasher installed. I spoke with Martiza in the office and was so impressed with her professionalism. Maritza called me back when promised and kept me informed of all scheduling. The gentleman arrived on Monday, at the time established, he was extremely professional as well. My home was built in the 50’s and all that goes with it. The water valves were so old a certain replacement valve used, the gentleman didn’t have that on his truck so he went out to get one with hesitation.

The job was taken care of and I can’t Thank You enough for the pride that is taken in the work performed and the professionalism of your team. I have already highly recommended Hero Home Services to my sister, who is a realtor, as well as neighbors and those that I work with. You just don’t get service like this anymore………

I had Matt out from Reddi Services to repair my 7 yr old water heater that was under warranty but it was un-repairable so it had to be returned to Home Depot for warranty exchange, Matt was able to remove old water heater and take back to Home Depot and Pick up the new one and install it for a very reasonable price.
