This company used to be pretty good, but not anymore. I have called twice for emergency service to our medical practice. The first time they said they were sending someone ASAP; six hours later a plumber showed up. The problem was not solved properly so I had to call again today. I told them it was an emergency. They said they could not come out. Our company will never use them again.

We had a clogged drain happen in our kitchen on Friday night. We made the dreaded weekend service call and were so very pleased with Rooter Ranger and Mario! Mario was dispatched to our home and was so kind and courteous. He was professional and clean- wore his mask the entire time.Mario was very sweet with our curious kiddos too. COVID has them starving for social interaction and he sweetly asked them about our dog. Just so kind.

Our undermount sink in the kitchen became detached. Joe and Luis worked hard to have a sink reinstalled. They made good on their promise to get the job down professionally and correctly - we appreciate their honesty and diligence in making this happen for us and would use this company again without hesitation.
