Cooper's Sewer & Drain came out to service our septic tank today. Chad was our service technician and Stephanie was the person we scheduled with. Very professional service from both employees I spoke with! Stephanie called to let us know when our tech was on the way and Chad arrived and made quick work of the job. Chad showed me a filter we didn't know was there and recommended yearly cleaning for it. When he was done, Chad cleaned up the area nicely and leveled out the dirt well where he had to dig up the tank access lids. I would highly recommend Cooper's Sewer & Drain! Had my septic tank pumped today. I rarely give reviews, but then again, unfortunately, I am rarely impressed. My experience with this company was superb! From my 1st call with the very pleasant, helpful young lady that answered the phone until the 2 courteous, friendly, informative gentlemen who performed the work pulled away today after my service was complete, was a great experience. I am so impressed and will definitely use this company moving forward! I learned so much from Dustin today about my system, the process being performed and the importance of maintenance. He and his coworker worked efficiently and cleaned up so well that after digging 2 semi large holes in my grassed front yard, there was no evidence of them ever having been here! If you need service don't hesitate to call them...I did all the research necessary prior to my call and they outperformed my expectations.
