Had a drain pipe leak under the slab of my house, walked me through the pipes on the camera to show all the problem areas and the difference between the good pipe and the damage. Team members, specifically Bertin, Fernando, and Alex, were incredibly responsive and communicative. Job was done fast, the work was high quality and the project was as stress free as it could have been for the unexpected situation. After callimg 2 companiea that could not help with an emergency, I called Septic Technologies. The lady on the phone asked a lot of questions to ensure we got the best service, then had someone out within the hour. Gilbert was our tech and he was amazing. I have had Ed to my home 2 times for 2 different problems.1st time I had clogged sink on Mothers Day and called a big box company who came out and said I had a broken pipe underground and cost to fix approx. $15,000...they would tear out half kitchen wall+ jackhammer concrete outside next to my pool. Cost did not include repair of wall+concrete. I REALLY BELIEVED THEM. My sister said get 2nd opinion. Ed came out CLEARED clog and schooled me on keeping sink clog free..2nd time was a clogged toilet. Ed cleared it! I am so happy to have found an honest and hard worker!! Thank you Ed!!
