What a dream team, we called desperate for assistance and received same day service. They arrived right on time in the dark and got to heavy work with the latest skills and tools to fix a stubborn drain clog. We are grateful to have found them and will be calling them back for Septic service as they will be offering that soon. We now have a happy drain and a functional toilet again. They where on time , Ben takes care of everything with his machinery, we are building a new home and he’s prices for graveling where very fair compared to others, it did not make sense for us to rent the machinery and do it ourself. The other good part it’s that we found out he actually does demo and hauling too, definitely will use him again!

We searched around for a septic contractor that could do a turnkey septic system for our new house in Scottsdale, and could not find anyone that could do the soils perc testing, design, excavate and install the septic tank as well as the leach field needed. A friend gave me Arizona septic tank information and we hired them to do our system and were very happy with how these guys handled everything.

A realtor's bad review of Duck's almost swayed me from calling, but we needed our 1500 gallon septic tank pumped immediately. I called around 10AM this morning, was given a fair and reasonable price and told they could most likely come today, but would call back to confirm. No more than an hour later I was told they'd be out today. Jesus A. Showed up this afternoon and was fantastic! He was more thorough then other companies that we used in the past and we will definitely use Duck's again in a couple years! Highly recommend for septic pumping!

They are amazing!!! My time for them to be here was pushed back but they were very apologetic and super nice about everything. When andrew showed up he was extremely friendly and funny. He gave me my quote and said he could repair that min!! His work was fantastic and I would absolutely recommend them!!! I would give 10 stars if I could... oh the the quote was reasonable!!!
