Chance with Bumble Bee Plumbing came out to our residence well before the ETA provided. He was extremely knowledgeable, not in a rush at all to explain a plan of what our expectations were. Chance was considerably diligent, the customer service he provided is immeasurable compared to the 'okie doke' standards we seem to be okay with these days. I had some rust on a tub which I thought was related to pipes but Dave came out and said it wasn't the pipes but it was related to the bathtub rusting. He offered what type of company can fix the rust but he also he also offered some suggestions to DYI on the cheap too. I wouldn't have known otherwise and it's really refreshing to work with a company that's trustworthy. They even came out without a service charge. This company is on my virtual roladex when I have a true plumbing issue.
