My experience was terribly unfortunate. I called and made an appointment for a specific repair, as soon as the technician arrived he tried to upsell. He definitely was nit understanding what I wanted done. During the repair he was on the phone talking to someone. The repair took him forever because of him talking on the phone. I have previously used Parker and sons happily so which is why I called them again. But, with the poor service AND lengthy service since he was on the phone I will NOT be using Parker and Sons again.
