I put in a water softener. Jen who placed my order, did a great job explaining about the product and service.
Company was very professional. Rich who did the installation did a great job. Could not have been more pleased.

The only thing that concerned me a little was the fact that 2 screws were left out of panel on outside unit. Air conditioning is working great, but panel should have been replaced properly!
