Best Testing And Inspections in Phoenix AZ

Derek Spicer and Eddie Ayala arrived at the home on the morning of 07-10-19 about 630 am. We had been without air for over 48 hours.They introduced themselves to me and then the got down to work. The installed a new central air condition and heat unit to our home. they we professional, knowledgeable, and very hard working. A few hours into the job Jorge Rocha showed up to help and together these three professionals turned our house into a home again.. They gave us the 5 stars service you so hear about but rarely see. What a outstanding job the did.. Thank You Derek the team leader, Eddie , and Jorge for your excellent service to our family.

Troubleshoot/Diagnostics on our AC System

These guys are the best! Our a/c went out on a weekend and they showed up within a few hours to diagnose the problem. Thankfully it was still under warranty.

Unfortunately the manufacturer gave us the run around on replacement parts (apparently they no longer support our unit, even though it’s only 3 years old). Meanwhile our house was 118 degrees inside!!!

Rather than continue to wait on the manufacturer Junior and Jerry found a complete unit and swapped mine out.

I am grateful to know their are good people still in the world! Thank you for getting us back into our home!
