This company is a class act! I’m in the real estate business and have worked with countless contractors, and I can tell you George and his company have some of the best customer service I’ve ever encountered. They installed a new HVAC system at one of my rentals and I had some subsequent unrelated issues. Long story short, they aren’t the type to complete a job, get paid, and you never hear from them again. They were so incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. Don’t second-guess yourself on this company. You won’t regret it!

The team was so efficient, helpful and left the place so clean. They took extra time to explain every step of the way and even scheduled a follow-up for one week out to make sure it is working great and to answer any questions we might have. These guys are the best! Our a/c went out on a weekend and they showed up within a few hours to diagnose the problem. Thankfully it was still under warranty.

Unfortunately the manufacturer gave us the run around on replacement parts (apparently they no longer support our unit, even though it’s only 3 years old). Meanwhile our house was 118 degrees inside!!!

Rather than continue to wait on the manufacturer Junior and Jerry found a complete unit and swapped mine out.
