I was very impressed with Tim. He arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem with the recirculation pump on our water heater. We had feared we'd need a new pump, which can be quite expensive, but Tom bled air out of our system and the problem was solved. We surprised him with a request to replace 2 sediment filters, which we had not scheduled, but he did that job quickly and within the cost for the initial service charge. We HIGHLY recommend this company, and plan on using their electrical services soon as well.
