When great customer service is so few and far between these days Hays Cooling and Heating have gone above and beyond to earn our business. They have earned our business for life.Personal References:Rich, Ray, Bob and Boom have been spectacular on the install of our new units. When they found a water leak they fixed it. Very professional, polite and thorough. Coudn't have asked for a better crew :-) :-) :-)Bill, the service man came out and spent a couple of hours finding the problem with our upstairs unit. They fixed it at no charge while we awaited the financing on our new units. Let me say we had signed no papers yet on new units so they trusted that we would be honoring our word on purchasing new units through them.The day our upstairs unit went out, Chris the owner made the call himself as no one else was available. He guided us through the process of picking the right units for us. Again let me state there was two-three weeks between this initial visit before we committed to the purchase. Chris was a hoot, and I appreciate all that he did to earn our business.

Their response time was great. Made the phone call and they were here in two hours. The other company we called couldn't here for 4 days. Eddie the tech did a great job. He knew what to do to fix the problem and did it quickly. The charges was very fair. I would recommend for your plumbing needs.
