Shane is one of the best professionals I’ve ever had the pleasure of hiring. He’s incredibly punctual and great about communicating, not to mention a very friendly guy. Our heat went out during a particularly cold week here in Phoenix and Shane was able to completely fix the issue in a very timely manner that worked with our schedule. I’ve worked in HVAC warranty processing before and from my experience I can tell you the rates were incredibly reasonable as well. I cannot recommend AC Works enough. Jay is legitimate and straight forward. He was very honest and even showed me what he was doing, during the maintenance process. Jay did a full AC inspection and cleaned the AC coils and blower motor. AC is blowing stronger and colder and we are ready for the summer. Jay is not a large company, so this is your guy. What you see is what you get, honesty!! Also since he is not a large company there is not a 2 to 3 week wait on scheduling, at least not yet. Oh yeah and pricing is amazing. Call Dynamic today!
