Larson came highly recommended and they lived up to every expectation. We had our AC go out on a Thursday evening and contacted our home warranty who could not send someone out until the weekend. With it being the middle of July you can imagine how quickly our home heated up. Luckily Larson squeezed us in last minute on a Friday evening & were able to come back out the next day on a Saturday to make our repair. Victor came out & provided cooling and was very prompt & detailed. He schooled us on our AC system because when we purchased the home 1 year ago we were told the AC was less than 5 years old turns out it was 2003 and had no warranty. With this information we decided to replace our AC. We thought about getting other quotes but after the speedy response from Larson we wanted to ensure we had that service for the years to come as well. Victor & Larson got our proposal to us no later than Monday and we were ready to install that following week. We were in no rush since we had temp cooling and knew others were without. The day came for our install and all the guys from Bruno to Sam & Lyle were AMAZING! Very polite, clean & did a great job! We have no worries when it comes to our AC, Insulation & Duct System for at least the next 10 years and know we made the best choice. Thank You Team Larson! =)
