Matt and Abel - these guys are awesome! I would hire them in a second to work for me! Strong work ethic and great company values ! They live the mission and did a great job getting us ready for winter use. Also have a great understanding of where we have some risk in the plumbing system and a plan to get it taken care of as we continue on with updating our house. Thanks Guys !!

Once the technician actually shows up, they do an outstanding job. The problem is with scheduling. I waited around Sunday from 10-2, even called before 10am to confirm but they didn't show. When I called at 3pm they asked to reschedule. No reason given, the person I talked to asked but said the scheduler provided no reason. Their scheduling process needs work but their technicians do a great job once they get there.

I had an immediate comfort level with Scott. He recently performed routine maintenance and repaired a condensation line for me. If I was needing to replace my hvac system, Scott would be my first call. He’s honest, fair, and very easy to talk to.

They are very responsive, professional, very thorough and very polite. We had Brandon install our new water heater and he was excellent! Any future issues I might have, I would definitely call Second Opinion Plumbing!

I would leave less than one star if it was possible- rude office staff, they give a date and time frame for when they are going to show up- and then they miss their appointments- then they never call to follow up with you! It is understandable that things come up and rescheduling has to happen sometimes- however when there is no communication and they just never show up- that is a HUGE problem! -and its been my huge problem on 3 separate occasions now- i've never tried so had to throw money at a company in my life- safe to say that i have hired a new company at this point, and i will NEVER be calling this company again!!!
