I have used Andy and his team 20 years before Andy became SG. My current A/C which they installed and maintained is running strong at 15 years

Our AC professional , Anthony, was amazing. He came out and diagnosis our system within minutes of being here. Once given a discription of our problem he had a short list of possible problems and was able to find out issue within minutes. I would not only recommend this company if you get, Anthony, your getting a true professional. I will ask for him anytime I need Service. Pricing was great! I would recommend these guys to any of my friends and family in the valley. I appreciate a great company and even more a great Service pro who came out during the dead heat of summer! Anthony you're a stand up guy! If i could steal him for my business I would!

So I’ve used Howard air for a few years now since moving into my house. They have been good for awhile with good communication, help, etc. This last maintenance plan visit has changed my mind and can’t work with them any longer. I had to apparently replace a 60 + 5 MFD Dual Run Capacitor. They charged me $250 for this.

So after there visit, I asked what the brand and model was. Took about a week to get that information and when I did, I looked it up and it’s like a $25 part. So they basically charged me $225 for labor which took the guy 15 minutes to do. So 15 minutes of work for $225. They are not transparent on their billing and what they charge for the part and what they charge for the labor. I have been trying to get a refund for my care renewal pre-payment since then and I can’t even get anyone on the phone anymore. If you do work with them, I would try and just get that information up front, that’s my only advice.
