Well - three servicemen had to come out and it took 5 days to get the part --- meanwhile I WAS staying warm with a borrowed small heater. I still do not have an itemized statement and receipt. However, my heating system is now fixed and I am warm again.....thank you.

We had an excellent experience with Green ID. David's crew was very friendly. We had duct sealing, additional insulation added and window screens added.
