Best High Efficiency Heating System in Phoenix AZ

I have been using Day & Night’s A/C services for years and recently started using them for plumbing repairs and installations. I have always received great service from both the field technicians and all of the employees in the office. If you are looking for a company which is professional, reliable and timely, call Day & Night HVAC and Plumbing.

Quick response - fixed central air by exchanging a dual function capacitor. This part cost $ 500. On Amazon it was $ 22. We were in need but really? The capacitor is the most common failure point.

I had an appointment scheduled for this company to fix a minor issue with my air-conditioning and the company said they left myself or my husband’s Apple messages to which they didn’t and when I called to see what was up and if the company was actually coming out they said oh we didn’t respond to our messages so we can’t send a tech out and I had to re-confirm the appointment and go through everything all over again I had done the night before. Go to companies try to call you again prior to coming out for an appointment and not just one and done. I had to re-confirm the appointment and go through everything all over again I had done the night before with my issue. The gentleman I spoke to then proceeded to tell me again this is my fault I didn’t answer my phone even though they had the wrong number and “that the ball was in my court and I could decide if I wanted my AC fixed or not”

I work in Industry where we use a lot of companies for air-conditioning and plumbing and they said the worst customer service I’ve ever received. Dementia and even though this was a minor fix that needed to be addressed I have a baby so I can’t have my house 100+ degrees that’s why I needed this fixed so quickly. Did not expect the treated so poorly to be interrupted and to be treated aggressively when I asked a question on why are you going through this all again I thought I had an appointment scheduled. I’ll be using the family ever again and I will be telling all my industry partners in multi family, real estate as well as my family and friends to not use this company based upon the customer service and lack of follow through from this company.

Amazing service fast and reliable

We have been customers with Accutemp refrigeration for well over ten years. We took over my husband’s Mother’s position in their long list of satisfied customers!!! Each time I call for an appointment I am greeted by the friendliest receptionists on the planet. Our regular service guru is Ken and he does magical things with our cooling & heating system. He is always prompt, efficient and exceedingly kind! Just amazing! We live a long way from the Phoenix area, and believe me, we appreciate this terrific, hardworking organization! Best company ever!!! I just Love them!!!

Urgent Air was referred to me by my Dad (Joe Bock) and they were excellent! It was late at night, 108 degrees outside and our air went out. We were able to get service immediately and our technician, Tom, was prompt, honest and knowledgeable.

I actually work for an HVAC company here in the valley but we were booked out for days ahead but Urgent Air was able to get out and get the job done.
