Best Fixed Air Conditioning In in Phoenix AZ

I am a facility manager and have a site that howard air replaced about 9 split systems on. They were 40% more expensive than other competitors forst off. 2ndly they have horrible response time for emrrgencies during the summer. Im sure their high rating is from residential homes where the home owners are just happy to get a broken system working during the summer panic. However if you ha e a commercial siye stay aaay from them. They will tell you about warranty etc and then when the system does go down they will push you off until its convenient. My site is 24/7 and we must have everything up and running. Called in an emergency friday at about 3pm. They said they cant make it till monday. Unnacceptable. I will never use them for anything. If your a commercial customer and need things taken care of use Coolsys. They have always solved my problems and they are 40 bucks an hour cheaper.

I heard about Howard Air a couple years prior to needing a new unit from others that had great experience. My unit is now two years old and I just had my last of four scheduled maintenance included in my purchase. I’ve had the best experience these past two years than I had in my previous eight years with another company. I’m serious go to their showroom and the folks there will show you everything they offer and are friendly about it when they do. Thanks Howard Air for standing behind your word and providing great service.

A/C went out and we called our Home Warranty Co. They gave the job to Crispy A/C & Heating. When they called us and Due to our Health issues and the heat in the house they were dispatched in timely manner.Ricky came out and he was so professional, on time, and got right to the problem. He was also very kind. He explained everything that he was checking and informed us of the issue. He even came out on a Sunday. He definitely was well trained and we would request him again.

Second Opinion Plumbing were great! We were having issues with our hot water heater and it was time to be replaced. They were able to come to our home quickly and replaced our hot water heater in no time! They were very professional, affordable and easy to work with!
