Kevin was the Customer Service Rep that came to my house. He is also a very skilled repair/maintaince tech. He arrived on time, was very professional, educated me about a number of items, made some small adjustments to my system and concluded after checking the entire system that it was running very well. Kevin did a very good job. He represented the company very well.

I used Air Control for help with a broken AC unit. Temperatures were close to 100 degrees and they were able to make it out same day. I found George and Air Control to be extremely professional, knowledgeable, and helpful about tips to keep my AC unit in good running condition. I’d absolutely use them again and recommend them to anyone experiencing issues with heating/cooling.

With this Arizona heat it's almost impossible to live without an A/C, so, when ours went out, we were miserable. Thankfully, Nick came to our rescue. Ive had a lot of issues with this company... but the one I cant get passed is.. they didnt set up the common wire to my Nest tstat.. just so when the battery died they could get another dollar charging me for that fix. I fixed it myself.. and found shady HVAC companies do this to scam costumers.
