What a great experience replacing my two 17 year old AC units. Troy was really great to work with and very professional. Phil who installed my two units was the nicest guy and did an exceptional job. They also cost 40% less than the same type of unit with Parker and Sons. I am very glad that I found ACA and will continue to use them for all of my AC needs.

Urgent Air was referred to me by my Dad (Joe Bock) and they were excellent! It was late at night, 108 degrees outside and our air went out. We were able to get service immediately and our technician, Tom, was prompt, honest and knowledgeable.

I actually work for an HVAC company here in the valley but we were booked out for days ahead but Urgent Air was able to get out and get the job done.

Our experience with Quianno and his supervisor. Definitely tried to sell us things that we didn’t need. Shady recommendations and practices from the tech. Another company came out and evaluated the repairs at a quarter of the cost that these guys were pushing for. Won’t trust again.

My freezer motor started to die on me earlier this morning. Called Urban Applicance Repair at about 10:30am and he scheduled me for a 4pm repair same day. Super quick turn around time for a Sunday. Ilya was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and was very nice. Can't thank him enough for getting us back up and going without worrying about losing our freezer food. Thank you so much!!
