Worst customer service I have ever experienced.

We have been customers of Howard for many years. They've installed our units and serviced them and we've felt ourselves fortunate in that we've had no issues through the years. When the service people come on our checkups, they are clean and polite and happy to explain everything they are doing. We feel fortunate to be associated with such a reliable and friendly business and plan to stay with them forever.

Howard Air is a great company with which to do business. Always on time. Good pricing. Detailed explanations of the work. Highly recommend!

This company was sent to me by my home warranty service. I had horrible experience with this company upon arrival at home the technician requested to be paid upfront for services before he started the work. Claiming that the reason was because previous customers didnt pay him once their work was done. Mine you his company did not mention this policy when the appointment was made. This is by far terrible customer service and a highly inappropriate way to do business as no customer should be punished for a bad experience with customers prior to them. Do not use this company as it lacks customer service and integrity.
