Shane is one of the best professionals I’ve ever had the pleasure of hiring. He’s incredibly punctual and great about communicating, not to mention a very friendly guy. Our heat went out during a particularly cold week here in Phoenix and Shane was able to completely fix the issue in a very timely manner that worked with our schedule. I’ve worked in HVAC warranty processing before and from my experience I can tell you the rates were incredibly reasonable as well. I cannot recommend AC Works enough. Aguilar A/C & Heating were great. Family business father and son showed up quick first thing in the morning day after I contacted them. Fixed all the problems I had going on blower fan issue and water draining issue. Really honest down to earth company saved me lots of money before my problems got worse. I did contact them because they had the same last name as me. Turned out to be probably the best decision I made. I highly recommend This company. Your for sure to get the best service possible.

I’ve bought many ac systems before from multiple companies but this company did everything they said they would to a tee when they said they would do it .
I was not even expecting all the work they did I just thought I was getting new units .
But They even replaced the pan under the air handler in the attic … again I thought that would be reused . Far exceeded my expectations for the value .
There was also no pressure in the sales area they worked out a price offered it to me I asked if it was there best price .. the response Yesr !
I had received multiple estimates that were much higher and one that was less but had no detail . They literally took care of everything for me and had everything up and going by lunch time !! Five stars all day long !!!!

My AC went out and they had an Emergency Tech out and my AC was fixed in just under 2 hours from when I called. Very friendly and honest.

Getting service in Phoenix during the summer can be difficult since many people have problems when it heats up for our summers.

Family owned and run and a great group of people. They do more than a 10 minute look before telling me I need a whole new unit as the majority of companies tend to do. They found the root cause and ordered the placement part.

In addiction, they got my problem bypassed and my 20 year old unit working while I waited for the replacement part to arrive.
