I called on a Sunday because our AC unit appeared to have quit blowing cold air. Unsure of the problem, but with the house warming throughout quickly, I called Lee Collins AC. I was impressed with the kind, helpful, and quick customer service and response time even during the weekend on off hours. Joseph was our technician. I appreciated his communication and responsiveness. He was able to get our AC back on track on the same day service call, which we were very grateful for as the the weather is getting warmer by the day! We had a very positive experience with all of their team members that we spoke to that day from scheduling to technician. I would highly recommend Lee Collins AC and will continue to use them for our AC/HVAC maintenance and service in the future.

We called CCL yesterday 7/31 to let them know we didn’t feel our A/C was performing as it should. Eddie answered the phone when I called and I was able to give him a quick overview of the issue. I let him know it wasn’t an emergency but he scheduled an appointment with me for the following day (today 8/1).

They let me know they were on their way and upon arrival, were both very respectful and professional in asking if I preferred they wear shoe covers.

They took a look at our unit and made an adjustment. We talked through some other options if this doesn’t solve the issue. Their pricing to take a look at the unit was more than fair and we highly recommend CCL. We have already recommended them to friends and family who are looking for both a residential and commercial HVAC contractor.

My AC went out and they had an Emergency Tech out and my AC was fixed in just under 2 hours from when I called. Very friendly and honest.

Chris the technician came out to tune up my heating system He was very knowledgeable and professional and was able to show me exactly what he was doing and even found a condition on my heating unit where the ductwork was not fully sealed I highly recommend Chris and ACA
