Took care of me real fast love these guys !!

My first quote (from somebody else) was $8,500. Then they wanted to do it for $6,000. Another place estimated $4,500 and then said they could do it for $2,300. Then I called Arizona A/C Man. They came out and fixed the problem AND cleaned my drain line for $820.00! So friendly and polite too. They get my Five Star Rating.

This is less of a review, and more of a character referral. I'm an HVAC tech, I used to work with Aleks years ago before he started South Mountain Air. I don't live in AZ anymore, but when friends and family ask who to call, I still refer them to Aleks, simply because I know he's an honest guy that cares to do the job right. I don't get anything for these referrals, I actually haven't spoken to Aleks in years. But I knew him well enough then that I still trust him to this day.

You may not always get great news when it comes to repairs needed for your A/C, but if the news comes from Aleks, you can trust that it's the truth.

When my air conditioner went out I was referred to this company by my normal air-conditioning guy because he was backed up on jobs and felt that I could get a quicker response. Although technicians were polite, their expertise and attention to detail was certainly subpar. The technicians did not finish the job (leaving the attic access hatch damaged and detached), and they damaged shelving and drywall claiming that it was that way before they arrived. They also installed the unit without a proper drip pan. Within 10 hours of the install water was gushing through my ceiling damaging additional drywall throughout the house and setting off safety alarms.
The company has yet to take responsibility for their errors and demonstrate ownership to solve the problem.
I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy.

I was astounded when Jackson arrived and brought the tools he needed for the repair. I can say that you trained him to become more competent in the working field. The only thing that saved this from being a 1 star review is the kindness and friendliness of the technicians themselves and the owner himself showing up to the first problem. To begin Russ - one of the salesmen - came to my home and measured for the installation of my new Unit. I was extremely explicit with the fact that i had concerns about the size of the unit going in and the space available. He assured me it would not be an issue. The day of the install comes and the installers also show some concern.. they called out Russ to work with them(who never approached me with the issue when i was there the entire time) and they shoved the thing in.. bent to hell.. the techs did a good job of mostly unbending it and getting into place.. but the box that holds the A-frame chiller was still leaking like sieve. Russ and the Owner, Mike, showed up to investigate after i told Russ i wasn't happy. Mike agreed it wasn't right, there solution was to put in a smaller less efficient coil(not exactly to my liking as i would have rather put in a completely different unit at that point).. the smaller coil meant i'd lose my power company rebate for SEER rating.. they did covered the rebate loss of out pocket. However, when i got the final invoice they have over charged me. Upon showing them they agreed to refund the difference but the entire process was not my best experience.

These guys are amazing. We asked to check our air conditioning system. They found a problem in our filtration system that no one ever fixed during a routine inspection. They are honest and decent. I thank them for their excellent work.

I can't recommend him highly enough! My AC broked down like 3 times. He come to my house every time, no matter the time or day. He was always on time. His a man of his words. He installed a temporary motor so we won't suffer during the heat with no AC until we received the new motor.. Carlos is the best, very knowledgeable.  He will let you know all the options and recommend the best options for customer like me who wanted to save up. Carlos is professional, polite, and is a great communicator. I love that His Bilingual i felt comfortable talking to him both languages (Spanish) and he answered all my doubts and concerns. His just the best! I would always recommend CANILU!!

Always great especially in an emergency kinda hard to find

Just had a customers air conditioning checked as it's not working after some remodeling work King HVAC came out and found was low on freon they charged cleaned and serviced, and gave us a very fair deal... customer is happy. I will definitely use these guys again and would recommend

My AC problem was quickly identified. Before calling Phoenix AC and Heating Experts, I called my home warranty company, and they sent someone who couldn't find the problem. I sought a second opinion from Phoenix AC and Heating Experts, and they quickly identified and corrected the problem. I'm glad I called them because they went above and beyond my expectations. I wholeheartedly endorse Phoenix AC and Heating Experts and their excellent service.

Terrible company. do not do business with them. period. that should say it all.
