With all the choices we have here, this is the best one you can make. He was at our house when he said he would be and less than 1 hour after calling. Diagnosed the issue and got cold air blowing again. Said he'd probably have to come back in a few days to install part he needed to pick up, which was perfectly fine with me. Instead he called me just a bit later to let me know he'd picked up the part and was coming over to install.
The pricing was beyond fair.
And he's a great guy on top of it.

He's thorough in fixing up the problem. He then replaced the damaged one the same day. Everything was back to normal after the process. It was a perfect repair. I liked the quality. If you want an honest, down to earth ac guy Brett is your man. I had Goettl come out to do a routine check before summer and they informed me I need over $1400 worth of equipment replaced and cleaned. I called Brett to have a look and he assured me there was nothing wrong with the unit. I will never call another AC company again other than Brett the Arizona A/C Man.
