Wow I don't even know where to begin. I went here last week to get my car's AC fixed and was thrilled to come here after I was quoted a more reasonable price than a commercial company. I ordered parts to get replaced and they said they replace the parts for me. I brought my car in today and unfortunately the parts weren't the right size. I COMPLETELY understand that is not the company's fault as I am the one who ordered the parts. However, what I don't understand is the way I was treated. I dropped my car off around 8 AM and had heard nothing by 1 PM. So I called at 1:24 PM to ask for an update on my car and was told that it had not been taken back yet. Just 27 minutes later, I was called back at 1:51 PM. I answered the phone to an overly aggressive and rude man explaining to me why my car wasn't going to be fixed and that I was still going to be charged. Keep in mind I had not said anything at this point and was being talked down to as if I was inferior and dumb. To reemphasize I completely understand I brought in the wrong part, but I was immediately attacked when I answered the phone. Then I asked if I could speak and explained I understood why the part could not be replaced. But I also made a point that I didn't deserve to be talked to so barbarously. Once I got off the phone I received another call to reiterate to me, yet again, that the part was wrong (as if I was stupid and did not understand that before) and they refused to work on my car since I went off on them. As a woman, apparently I am just supposed to take being talked at as if I am less than and it is outrageous and hysterical for me to stand up for myself. It is 2022, get with it. Women are not lesser than, and should not be treated as so. I can't speak to how they fix cars because they did not fix mine. I can however speak on how they treat people. If you want to be talked to like you are a subordinate, talked over, and insulted, then this is the place to go. Otherwise, I would suggest going somewhere where you will be treated kindly. It is free to be kind to people, I still paid the cost for labor and they still couldn't be courteous.

Excellent service, quick and cheaper than all the others. Simple Home Comfort charged a $50 service call (just to drive out) price tag for the motor replacement/repair $800+. Arizona A/C Man charged $230 for the same amount of work. Saving the number. Thank you Brett!

This is less of a review, and more of a character referral. I'm an HVAC tech, I used to work with Aleks years ago before he started South Mountain Air. I don't live in AZ anymore, but when friends and family ask who to call, I still refer them to Aleks, simply because I know he's an honest guy that cares to do the job right. I don't get anything for these referrals, I actually haven't spoken to Aleks in years. But I knew him well enough then that I still trust him to this day.

You may not always get great news when it comes to repairs needed for your A/C, but if the news comes from Aleks, you can trust that it's the truth.

Beware, this company is questionable in their practices! We had One Hour Air Conditioning out last week after one of our units went out. It took them 3 days to get here. The technician gave us 3 different stories as to why the unit was not working. We have 8 year old units which were purchased and installed through One Hour Air. We have a 10 warranty on all parts and labor for the units through the manufacturer. One Hour Air was claiming parts and labor were not covered under warranty and wanted to charge us $2300 ( and could take up to 2 months for the part to come in). Long story short , parts and labor were covered 100% and we called another another company to come out. We needed a new compressor because the txv valve went bad. We have air conditioning again! I feel One Hour would have taken our money and charged the manufacturer also, making double profit on our situation. We called the manufacturer and gave our unit's serial numbers and they said all parts in the units are covered for 10 years ( One Hour Air refused to call the manufacturer). I think there are shady practices going on in this company, very disappointing since we have been loyal customers for the last 9 years. Take your business to a company that is trustworthy.

Great resource for air conditioning repair and AC service

In all the years doing business, we rarely got any service issues, and when something does come up, they stepped in and resolved it right away. First class organization from top to bottom! It was a tremendous kind of service in handling the HVAC air conditioning repair. I was humbled and grateful to the repairman sent by the company for me. He proved everything to me that helped him to achieve the repair service. Indeed, I realized that he was quite qualifying in this kind of field. Even if there was a little problem while he was doing the process, he managed to make it fixed in the end. Good job!

I had a 2 complete systems installed and they did a wonderful job, fairly priced and pleasant personnel. Since then the have returned for scheduled service and I can’t imagine using anyone else for my HVAC needs.

These guys are amazing. We asked to check our air conditioning system. They found a problem in our filtration system that no one ever fixed during a routine inspection. They are honest and decent. I thank them for their excellent work.

You Heydorn AC & Heating Inc saved the day! got home last night and the heater was not working. found reviews for Heydorn AC & Heating Inc here and gave them a call. Said their guy was on a call but would come here next. They called back 45 minutes later and were here about an hour after our initial call. so far, so good!

I can't recommend him highly enough! My AC broked down like 3 times. He come to my house every time, no matter the time or day. He was always on time. His a man of his words. He installed a temporary motor so we won't suffer during the heat with no AC until we received the new motor.. Carlos is the best, very knowledgeable.  He will let you know all the options and recommend the best options for customer like me who wanted to save up. Carlos is professional, polite, and is a great communicator. I love that His Bilingual i felt comfortable talking to him both languages (Spanish) and he answered all my doubts and concerns. His just the best! I would always recommend CANILU!!

I was referred here by a friend, and I’m so glad I was. Carlos and his team were excellent. They showed up the same day within an hour of me reaching out, found my problem, and quoted a replacement system the same day. The new system was installed 48 hours later and works like a dream. I highly recommend reaching out if you’re in need of a new system or any repairs or maintenance.

Just had a customers air conditioning checked as it's not working after some remodeling work King HVAC came out and found was low on freon they charged cleaned and serviced, and gave us a very fair deal... customer is happy. I will definitely use these guys again and would recommend

This company offers such a wide array of services that it makes it very convenient to have one contractor be able to handle your HVAC, electrical, and plumbing repairs on one visit for a whole home improvement. It is a huge hassle to have to coordinate estimates with various time windows from multiple contractors.
