Saturday night at around 9:30pm our2 year old A/C gave up the ghost with no warning. We are an elderly retired couple with 2 equally elderly dogs. We called our usual A/C repair company's emergency line (no one ever answered- not surprising as the basketball playoff game was on). We called Semper Fi's emergency line next. The most pleasant lady answered and listened to our pleas for help. Shortly thereafter Ashton called and was on his way. He arrived and took charge of our issue in a most professional manner. He diagnosed our problem in less than 15 minutes by torchlight. He expertly replaced our capacitor in even less time and we were up and running perfectly! We will be using Semper Fi from now on for all A/C maintenance. Bless you all for caring enough to respond to us in such a wonderful manner in the middle of the night on a weekend!
