I cannot say enough good things about this company. My air conditioner quit July 27. They came within 2 hours and got it working. Turned out the compressor was going bad and recommended replacing the whole unit due to age. All 3 gentlemen in the installation crew were courteous, respectful and reassuring. They worked quickly and addressed every question I had with patience. The office staff was also very responsive and reassuring. So glad I went with A Quality HVAC. I highly recommend them.

The tech came out today to take a look at my AC unit. I lived in a condo where I can't see my unit but noticed some water dripping from the roof. They were not just on time, they were a little early which helped free up the rest of my day. They found the system working well adn let me know afterwards that its working fine. which was a positive gesture. highly recommended.

It pains me to have to write a review like this, but here goes. This will be a longer review, so if you're just looking for a quick recommend or non-recommend, than it is a hard non-rec for me.I'm a Marine. My salesman, Billy, that came to my house is a Marine. The owner of the company is a Marine. Supposedly, a bunch of Marines work for the company. I had shopped around for HVAC companies and knowingly spent upwards of $1500 and some change more by going with Semper Fi because I figured with a bunch of Marines and a company using the Marine Corps motto, these guys would have to be committed to service and stand behind their work, right? I wish.Long story short, we went eight days without a properly working AC unit that we spent $13k+ on. We never heard from anyone in the Semper Fi office about the improperly functioning AC unit, despite multiple complaints. They were quick to take our money, but slow to find a solution for why our brand new AC unit was not working.These guys spent a good bit of time pointing fingers and trying to shift blame rather than get our AC working in the middle of summer. I will give some kudos to Terry, their service manager, and Jonathan since they were the most dedicated and empathetic to our plight.If you're going to have a name like Semper Fi on your company, then that better damn well mean something and you should stand behind your work and service commitments.Still waiting on that apologetic phone call, Semper Fi.
