My fiancé and I bought a flip and we discovered a problem with one of the toilets almost immediately. 911 was able to schedule us for service the following day and Brandon really went above and beyond to help us. After discovering the problem with the toilet, he reinstalled it and checked to see if our other toilet had the same problem—it did. He reinstalled that one and put in our garbage disposal. They came out the same morning I called, Enrique new his stuff, made sure I understood the repairs before he started and did not pressure the up sale in any way. Will be calling them when it's time to replace the units.

My parents unit had been having some issues for a while now, and last night while we were having dinner they mentioned that the air conditioner had stopped working and the house was over 80 degrees inside. In a panic we called Semper Fi letting them know the issues and they said we would be getting a call from the technician soon. We received a call from Travis Ruelas no later than 5-8 minutes later. Which was a huge surprise! We were expecting over an hour wait. Poor Travis was just getting home when we were speaking, and without hesitation he took off to help my parents with a repair so they weren’t left all night with no air conditioner. He was very knowledgeable and kind and communicated so well! Because of him we are replacing the whole unit, in hopes of continuing to work with him. We were put on for a full replacement In 2 days! The company and staff were terrific! Don’t even worry about searching for a different company. Travis and his staff will take care of you!
