I have had the pleasure of using Bill Worlock and his technicians at Worlock Air Conditioning & Heating for over ten years. There is a reason I have used Worlock AC & Heating that long. They do a great job! They act as fast as possible, they explain issues well, and they charge fair prices. I have also used Worlock AC & Heating twice (two homes) for new installs of HVAC units. Both times Bill's bids were lower than the others received and they did a phenomenal job on the install. I have never had an issue or problem with the services they provide. I contacted A-Rated AC after another company said my unit could not be repaired and I needed a new AC unit, so I wanted a second opinion. A-Rated AC came out promptly and informed me that it could be repaired. They returned the next morning, and got me back up and running! All within 24 hours. I had a real mess on my hands during a remodel to my 30+ year home. Phoenix Air Department came in and offered me several solutions at an incredible price. The techs went above and beyond to make my home whole again. A couple of days later, another contractor blew a fuse to the AC. I called Phx Air and a tech came out within an hour and had us back up and running. I definitely recommend this company and will be using them for anything I need in the future.

Getting service in Phoenix during the summer can be difficult since many people have problems when it heats up for our summers.

Family owned and run and a great group of people. They do more than a 10 minute look before telling me I need a whole new unit as the majority of companies tend to do. They found the root cause and ordered the placement part.

In addiction, they got my problem bypassed and my 20 year old unit working while I waited for the replacement part to arrive.

The work was not done at my house but at friends and saw the progress. In the beginning they were nice but as items thebut once the job started it was different. The bathroom remodeling issues, the tile in the shower has cracked, the shower head is to low not for average person height, the towel rack n toilet paper holder has had to be replaced since what they installed fell out. The ac and duct work after installed the house was warmer on one side trying to get them put was a process in itself but each time they came they said everything is fine n was trying to upsell nsaying they need an additional unit. They had another company cone out and was told the wrong installation was installed, duct wrong was incorrect. I would not recommend this company at all and would give negative stars if possible.

My tech was friendly and professional. Jalen answered all of my questions and made a small repair that I needed. I was so impressed I signed up for the comfort club program. When you live in the desert there’s no such thing as having too much peace of mind when it comes to your AC!

Premier did the first of my 5 evaporative coolers 7 years ago. They have are fast, efficient and very responsive whenever there is an issue. Their coolers are made from stainless steel - so no rusting out, ever. Their technical support is excellent. Prompt and always on point.

We used Arizona Air for our annual AC maintenance. The technician was on time, very courteous and professional. He gave an honest diagnosis of the AC system without charging us a lot of money for unnecessary repairs. We will use Arizona Air’s services again and will definitely recommend the company to our friends as well.

Heats coming soon I should turn on my AC to check it. What do know no cold air?? Had two different AC companies come out and examine my problem both said your systems old going to be exspensive to fix it and who knows how long it will last if they do? Called ICON spoke with an awesome gentlemen named Rhet. Gave him the rundown on everything said I needed a new system, he had all my info and a quote ready for me in a matter of a few hours (while he was still working elsewhere!) I look over the quotes very reasonable, next thing I know I get a phone call from Rhet saying hey I'd like to look at your old system, just to make sure it's truly not functional? I said sure. Punctual the next morning, runs a few tests fixes a quick part...bam cold air! Saved me a fortune in these tough times! They truly do see us as a big AZ family, and it's the only phone number for AC repair you'll ever need! From my family to yours I say thank you Icon Mechanical!
