It’s the beginning of summer in Arizona and temperatures are starting to rise past 100 degrees and my air conditioning went out at my home. I called Icon Mechanical and they swiftly came to diagnose the problem and fix the unit that same day, along with fixing other issues due to previous AC mechanics. This is by far the most professional and most reliable company I’ve dealt with throughout my 20years of owning my home. Not to mention the best price. My first experience with this company was very good. Then I called them back for another issue. Felt the assessment was very incomplete, was charged $79 for the visit and never received an estimate! When I called, she said the techs phone wasn’t working to send the estimate? They cashed my check anyway- not happy!
