Best Air Conditioners Repairs in Phoenix AZ

Company came out and replaced 5ton package unit and redid some duct work per contract says to add to 20 duct drops and after contract was paid later to find out that they did not replaced old 14 duct with 20 duct and now my new unit is running all day. Ask them to come out and take a look and they said no I would have to pay a service call haha after $9,803.64 was just paid? Just make sure you double check your work if you use this company or before you pay them.

Terrible experience with this place. They took my money but never came to fix my HVAC system. I called multiple times to follow up during business hours and my call was not answered. Terribly unprofessional, took my money, and didn’t deliver my service. DO NOT USE.

Getting service in Phoenix during the summer can be difficult since many people have problems when it heats up for our summers.

Family owned and run and a great group of people. They do more than a 10 minute look before telling me I need a whole new unit as the majority of companies tend to do. They found the root cause and ordered the placement part.

In addiction, they got my problem bypassed and my 20 year old unit working while I waited for the replacement part to arrive.
