The tech came out today to take a look at my AC unit. I lived in a condo where I can't see my unit but noticed some water dripping from the roof. They were not just on time, they were a little early which helped free up the rest of my day. They found the system working well adn let me know afterwards that its working fine. which was a positive gesture. highly recommended.

Our Air Conditioner was ancient and was making weird noises. We had been receiving Ads from Semper Fi through the mail so we thought that we'd give them a chance. Travis showed up right on time and did a thorough exam of our air conditioner. Travis showed us pictures and walked us through the your air conditioner isn't going to make it talk.We checked with 2 other A/C and heating companies. The first one never called back and the 2nd one was priced so much higher than Semper Fi that we knew that we had to go with Semper Fi.Cesar and Omar showed up early in the morning of our A/C install. They asked a few questions and then got to work. They were so polite and considerate and on-task. That afternoon while I was preparing dinner, our new air conditioner came on and thoroughly cooled down our house. So much so, that I had to turn it down to warm up a bit.All in all, Semper Fi's air conditioner install was priced well and done well.

Because my solar setup was purchased by a previous homeowner and installed by an out of business contractor, I had a difficult time finding anyone that would return my call for an inverter replacement (even though listed as service companies on the manufacturer website). Universal was the only company that acted like they wanted to help and got my inverter replaced under warranty. Communication was great from the office, replacement was quick, and they handled everything with the manufacturer so I can see the production info on the app. I’d highly recommend Universal.
