At 3:30 am a flood happened in my house. I called them and within less than a hour they were here. Brad helped me through out the whole process. So pleased with his help.

This was a terrible experience. I had a project with them for 6 months that was very simple. They lied for months and never once called or emailed to provide a progress report for months!. Not sure how they’re in business. Run

Our church had a flood from a plumbing leak during the night. Square One came out quickly, took care of the immediate problem, and helped us through the entire remediation process. Cleaned all my clothes and rugs. I think they are overpriced. My art work looks the same as when they took it. I do not think it was even touched but i sure was charged for it. Backing paper was still water stained. Looks like they just dried it out. I could of left it in this AZ heat to dry it off too. Took 3 months to get things back with multiple calls to get that accomplished.
