A big thanks to Everett for coming out to our home. We had a water leak from pipes upstairs that leaked into the downstairs. He cut open the walls, treated the newly formed mold, and dried everything. He was very knowledgeable and there for us every step along the way. They did mold remediation in the home I lease two separate times over two years, and neither time did they cover any of my belongings or clothing to keep it safe from spores. Even when they tore up my closet 2 feet from my clothing. I have never heard of remediation done this way. Both times I asked prior to them cutting into the wall and both times I was told they would be securing the area. They did not do it either time.
During this most recent remediation, when they came out to assess the damage from a big water leak, they apparently only quoted the owner for water damage and failed to mention the huge amount of mold growing on the wall and carpets. This added a couple weeks onto an already painfully slow management approval time for the repairs. When I reached back out to the management about the mold in my living space, they said they were, very confused to hear there was mold growing since this company did not included it in their assessment. With black all over the walls and mushrooms growing in the closet, I'm not sure how any professional company could fail to see and/or report that.
As far as their customer service goes, today I called to ask what the start and finish dates were of the last remediation, and after being put on hold was told they couldn't give me the dates.. of the service they provided in the home that I live in, because I was not the owner. Dates that they called me personally to schedule. I then asked to talk to someone else as the woman on the phone kept repeating that she was new and I could hear someone in the back feeding her answers. I was then put on another hold. When she came back I was told her boss was in a meeting.
There's no way I would ever recommend this company.
