Was told by my insurance company that they wanted Daily moisture readings which they never did they never Told me how much it was going to be. One of the humidifiers leaked all of my wood floor causing more damage than prior took them two days to change it out. They told me they would give me an invoice by Monday September 27th from a flood that happened about the first of the month. They inflated the bill to give to the insurance company. When I told them the insurance company was not involved They tried getting money from the insurance company and from me Can you call multiple times have to leave messages with no return phone calls back. I don’t know how they’re still in business.

At the beginning of April, the apartment above mine flooded into a third of my apartment and it has been an ongoing mess to resolve, but Dell's team was amazing. They were professional, quick to respond and went above and beyond to help me try to get back into my apartment as soon as possible. I really hope I never need to use a water remediation team again, but if I do I know who I'll be recommending/using!
