Best Shower Remodeling in Phoenix AZ

Currently working with this company after the condo complex I live in had major water damage. Only on day 3 with them and it has been a nightmare trying to get any information. Day 1 I signed their papers to do the work, was told they would be in my unit that day to pull up soaked carpet and check the walls for moisture. No one ever showed up, no phone call, no email, no communication of any kind. Day 2 After apologizing for not showing up on Monday, (they said they thought I went with another company even though they had SIGNED paperwork from that very morning) told me they would definitely be at my unit first thing Tuesday morning. 11am Tuesday I still had not seen or heard from anyone-finally they roll in at 11:30, I have to wonder what company believes first thing in the morning is almost noon?! Day 3-Was told they would be here to remove wet drywall-guess what, nobody shows up, no phone call, no email, no communication of any kind. I call Jason at 3pm he says he will call me back in 15 minutes. Big surprise, no call back. I call again at 4pm and he offers no reason for the no-show today, but assures me they will have people here at 9am tomorrow. I'm not holding my breath. Hoping day 4 goes better, but at this point I could not ever recommend this company to anyone, and I will be making sure my neighbors that are considering using them for the rebuilding process hear this story. I understand if they are short of staff and getting work done may take longer, I'm fine with that. But be honest, tell me you can't make it today, tell me we need to schedule it for another time. Constantly being told lies, or simply not communicated with at all is not a very good start, apparently they are not too concerned about repeat clientele. I'll be happy to update this review should they decide to rectify this situation.

I would put in a zero but there’s no way to make a comment without at least marking one star. They need to fix what was not improperly completed and they need to fix the money issues. They were really good about telling me someone else’s work was shabby but then when their work was shabby they didn’t see it. What someone else had done was easily fixable but what they did is impossible to fix without tearing out my walls. They really played me for being stupid. Oh, they’re great sales people. Also, their cabinet man ran off in the middle. I have a lot more to say but I ran out of time.

I would definitely recommend ZonaRestoration for repairs. We had water damage in four of our rooms & it went down into our basement ceiling & walls. I was worried about mold settling in, & they came out the next day with fans. The litigation department met with our insurance company to make sure everyone was on the same page. I want to make sure that the build back team gets recognized. Will Wilson & Passo did such a phenomenal job on our house. You can’t even see or tell where the damage was. These two guys are so friendly & down to earth. I got know them on a personal level. ZonaRestoration should give these guys a raise, they are very hard workers. Also, I want to recognize Joseph Bartels for making our carpet back to normal. Him & his team did a wonderful job on installing the padding back in & laying it down & cleaning the carpets. Plus, Tammy LaCour is very professional & explained everything to me & called me back & emailed me back right away. Erika Lihosit from accounting did a wonderful job as well with communication with me. The cabinet department did an amazing job as well. They had to make our sink cabinet from scratch. It looks just like it did before. ZonaRestoration made the process stress free for my family & I. I’m very thankful to have my house back to normal. Thank you ZonaRestoration for caring about us & our house.

Acuity Builders did a great job with the reconstruction at my Moms house due to water damage from a broken pipe.
The service was directly related to Matt the representative for the company in charge of our case. He was always a available and took care of everything.very promptly. He is an exceptional representative for the company.

This company is not reliable. They were hired to dry out areas that were water damaged. After their amateur attempt to dry out the area, we were told it was dry and safe to drywall. Even after being paid, the water was never cleaned up or dried and they left a mess for us to clean up. They moved items on top of puddles, leaving items to rust! The walls were not dried out which caused the brand new dry wall to stain and eventually need replaced again. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! We were repeatedly lied to and their employees no showed on several occasions.

Marvin was professional, honest, and appreciative! What a great ambassador for this company!
