We had our kitchen cabinets painted by Jason and his team. Jayce was the lead painter and his attention to detail, quality of work and knowledge were all above and beyond! I would definitely recommend ZonaRestoration for repairs. We had water damage in four of our rooms & it went down into our basement ceiling & walls. I was worried about mold settling in, & they came out the next day with fans. The litigation department met with our insurance company to make sure everyone was on the same page. I want to make sure that the build back team gets recognized. Will Wilson & Passo did such a phenomenal job on our house. You can’t even see or tell where the damage was. These two guys are so friendly & down to earth. I got know them on a personal level. ZonaRestoration should give these guys a raise, they are very hard workers. Also, I want to recognize Joseph Bartels for making our carpet back to normal. Him & his team did a wonderful job on installing the padding back in & laying it down & cleaning the carpets. Plus, Tammy LaCour is very professional & explained everything to me & called me back & emailed me back right away. Erika Lihosit from accounting did a wonderful job as well with communication with me. The cabinet department did an amazing job as well. They had to make our sink cabinet from scratch. It looks just like it did before. ZonaRestoration made the process stress free for my family & I. I’m very thankful to have my house back to normal. The preferred insurance vendor wasn’t a match, so I sought out dozens of contractors, interviewing each one, digging in deeper as I had an entire home water loss and extensive work to be completed.

Jodi was the first voice of Bethom and was excellent. Their project manager/superintendent CJ Castro was on site within hours, professional, detailed, and assured me his estimate would be inclusive of all damages. I requested referrals to review Bethom’s prior work, and Jodi eagerly provided. I called EVERY SINGLE referral, sometimes multiple times to make a determination, asking several questions. All referrals had valuable input and realistically provided areas of opportunity for Bethom. Each referral spoke highly of Bethom and if they had to do it again, stated they would hire Bethom again, and many have used Bethom for additional projects.

My home is 65-70% complete and I’m ecstatic to see the final touches. For now, hands down I’d recommend Bethom for residential and commercial. Their project manager works hard and goes to bat for his clientele. CJ is knowledgeable, responsive, transparent, and involved in the process. He keeps you in the loop as often as you prefer. Any delays were outside Bethom’s control.

Got 5 estimates on my property from different licensed contractors. These guys where 6x more expensive than any other estimate! How is that even possible!!! I would make sure to shop around before making a choice.
