I could not be more grateful to George for taking on the headache of communicating with insurance companies to get major repairs approved and completed at my property after a car went through the boiler room wall. All I did was make a phone call to Kowalski and gave George the info he needed to handle everything. He kept me updated throughout the process and when the work was completed you could not tell where the damage had happened on the 1986 stucco building. The paint even matched perfectly. I had some major water damage caused by an adjoining unit and the restoration company came out (not gateway) were all to eager to start ripping out everything but then they left all my stuff in the house. We didn't hear back from them and so we called Gateway and they immediately took over and did everything that this other company was supposed to do. My stuff was moved out in a hour and Gateway took over the drying. We were given a proper time frame and knew exactly when the Gateway team were going to be coming. I am very pleased with the quality of work and the communication of Gateway. I will call them first if something like this happens again!
