My business flooded from a burst pipe and having had bad experiences with a prior service company I asked a friend who i should call. Go To Services arrived within 30 minutes with an army of skilled workers carry massive amounts of equipment to handle the job. They knew just what to do and even helped me through the insurance claim process. I was able to keep my business going and was fully operation by the time the insurance adjuster had arrived! Our HVAC leaked into our walls, causing mold and water damage. As soon as we saw evidence of the leak we reached out to Square One Restoration based on the reviews we read online. The reviews are accurate. Ryan answered our request within minutes of submitting online. Cory was the individual that serviced our home and he was timely, knowledgeable, kind, patient, and professional. Ryan and Cory provided recommendations for other professional services that we needed based on the situation without us even asking. They worked directly with our insurance company, so I am currently unaware of the cost of this particular scope of work, however, we asked them to look into another area in our home not covered by insurance and the estimate they provided was very reasonable. They of course provided the same quality of work in the second area. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who has the unfortunate luck of needing mitigation services. Ken and his team did an awesome job putting my condo back together after water damage this summer. The whole place looks great and floors look awesome!

I had a house fire in November 2021 which caused extensive damage. Bethom Contracting was on the scene the night it happened and I chose them to reconstruct my house. They told me it would take about 8 months for me to move back in. It ended up being closer to 11 months. The delay was caused by supply chain issues, Covid 19 staffing issues with the permits and my mtg being sold to another company in the middle of the claim. Through all these hiccups, Bethom continued to work through these and said it would be completed by my birthday. They met that deadline! The house is beautiful! They were always a phone call and/or text away. They answered my questions and addressed any issues I presented them with - no matter how small or big. Alina was wonderful to work with. She was very empathetic and sympathetic to my situation and how stressful and emotional a house fire can be for someone. I highly recommend this business.

Taking advantage of someone that is dealing with losing everything in a house fire is as low as it gets. Overcharging for a small job and ontop of that doing a poor job. Would not recommend this company to anyone.

They were assigned to our home owners claim for a roof leak as we had some water damage in several places in our home office.
They came out and did an estimate for drywall repair and a few other issues related to the water damage. It was going to be about $2k to fix, $1k I would be responsible for due to the deductible. That's fine, makes sense and we all agreed.
When they came to fix it, they were only there a few hours and did not replace any drywall, just stripped off the bad paint and repainted it.
Most places would have charged a few hundred for that. I called them and explained that they didn't do even half of what was quoted. They indicated that there is a minimum charge to have a drywall person come out even if they don't replace it and it was around $400-$500 for that charge (I can't remember exactly, but something outrageous). Fine, but even if you have $500 for the drywall labor, you maybe have 2 small cans of paint for $75 total, paint brushes a couple bucks each, lets go with misc supplies at $100 total to cover bases. I am not seeing $2k worth of work, or even $1k. They never refunded any of it.
They are shysters and I would definitely never use them again. Very disappointed.
