Originally came out to do some drying from a flood. They didn't remove baseboards, pulled the fans after less than 24hrs when water was still coming out from the floors. When they came back over a week later for demo they refused to do the work in my kitchen because my water heater installer was going to do the work where my hotwater tank was. If you're not having us do all the work were not doing it at all Strange coming from a company that literally told me we're not cheap as we charge insurance claim prices If your insurance company tries to use them ask for a different company.

Ian Campbell was very helpful and communicated what was happening with me. If I ever had another problem, I would hope that he would be taking care of my water damage.

EHS was referred to me by my insurance company to handle an issue with the water supply hose in the master bathroom that burst and ruined the carpet in the master bedroom, the vanity area and the master closet. Their project manager Marissa was delightful to work with and the office personnel were great especially Kajlie who had to put up with my endless questions since I had never experienced this type of problem before. I had an issue with the insurance adjuster low balling the cost of the replacement carpet and Kajlie had a solution that turned out in my favor. Everyone I dealt from EHS with was prompt, professional, courteous and respectful of my existing furniture that had to be moved out so new carpet could be laid then put back. I had a pier unit that was a challenge to move but Jamie was great in getting it disassembled then put back together. Marissa had a challenge in matching the grout in the bathroom and when we thought we had a match, when it was beginning to be installed, Jamie quickly realized it wasn't a match at all. Marissa then got back to the insurance adjuster quickly to let him know the tile would need to be replaced too. Once approval was received Marissa found me a tile she thought would look good, found it in town and available and it was installed a couple of days before Christmas. Needless to say I'm very happy with my experience with all facets of EHS Restoration. I would highly recommend them!
