??Due to a water leak in the attic, ServiceMaster was contacted by my home insurance company to help with the repairs. (This is my fault - I should have done my own research instead of trusting my insurance adjuster. Lesson learned.)
??They lack communication skills. Although I only had to deal with your company for 4, maybe 5 days, I had to call you to find out when a tech was coming over the next day and if the lab results were in; which they were but instead of calling me back or telling someone to contact me the next day because she was out of the office, Alex didn't.
??They lack customer service skills. Alex is very rude and I'm surprised she's on the phone; Summer is sweet and has better customer service. Only Nate and Jose were nice (the first 2 techs sent out), but the others, like the one who picked up the fans and the one who came by today to get a signature, need training on customer service. The tech who came today, rang the door bell and when I answered, he didn't introduce himself or what he wanted - he just tried to hand me my phone. Tell them that manners say when you are greeting a person especially a customer, say Hi. My name is.... and I'm from Service Master.
??Overall - call another company. Although I signed their form so they could get paid, I was NOT satisfied! Save yourself the headache and not knowing when you need to be home all because they haven't figured out a better scheduling system and don't train their employees on simple customer service skills. ??

I called three weeks ago after a storm and burst pipes. It took me three weeks just to get on the schedule. Called on the day the appointment was supposed to take place and turns out they told me the wrong date and scheduled it for a day I won't be home (due to family emergency) and now they want to reschedule for who knows when.
I'm sure everything is dry now that they have waited so long, and probably really moldy too. If you are looking for prompt, professional, or organized service, this isn't it. I told them I have to contact my insurance company to see if we can do something else because working with this company had been a complete fail.
