Had some unexpected flooding in my home, and had to call this company at approximately 4:00 in the morning. They came right out. Dealing with their service people on that very stressful day, and since, has been a pleasure. In particular, Jacob, Chris, Chandler, and Benjamin were all very helpful and very professional. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

The owner and an employee came to our house one month ago to give us quotes on building an office space. We never received the quotes even after emailing them to follow up.

From the minute ,Robert the owner and his team entered our home, my husband and I knew that Robert is the guy we need him to work on our house. We always get stressed when we have a service/ maintenance company come to give us an assessment of the situation and a price estimate. We literally dread it ! Because, unfortunately a lot of them who come always exaggerate of the situation and you feel like they are racking up the bill just to try to squeeze as much money ? out of you so basically ripping you off ☹️but With Robert, we felt immediately that the man is very honest! Honest about how bad the situation is and exactly how much it will cost! And we absolutely loved that! He immediately inspected our walls with professional tools he used and told us right away what was going on. I had to go pick up my son from school at that time so I go and come back and I see that the company already set up the equipment with many Professional fans and started working on the area! You could tell they have done this for years and they know what they are doing !! I loved how professional the service was from showing up on time within the window given to keeping us posted about time of arrival to setting up the place with all the necessary tools ⚒️ and then cleaning up after the work was done and following up on the job! My husband and I liked them so much that we decided to hire them for another project that is stretching our carpet and cleaning them and of course the service was outstanding again! I told them that they are going to be the only company I’m referring to my friends and family without looking elsewhere! I’m not surprised a bit that Robert is successful in what he does and already has locations in 32 states and one in Canada! Square One Restoration is legit. I met Ryan on New Year’s Eve when I had a sudden leak under my kitchen sink. He personally came promptly and started the recovery hours before New Year’s Eve. He is knowledgeable about the industry, he is professional and patient; even though I asked him the same questions a million times, he didn’t mind re-explaining in a way that I could understand. Insurance litigation process has so many micro-details. He helped me follow up on my 2 insurance claims through the months of multiple emails and readjustments because I had almost given hope while waiting. I was never worried about who was coming to my house as his crew is just as professional and he updated me accordingly. My kitchen looks better than I could have ever imagined. I ended up updating a few things around the house with his expertise, as I realized early on that his recommendations were way better than my limited thinking. He’s the kind of guy who does the right thing, even when no one is watching. There’s no job that’s “hard” for his team. I wouldn’t hesitate hiring Square One Restoration for future upgrades or renovations.

Extremely unsatisfied with the quality of work and service from my recent master bath mess. They were so quick to rip everything out an start nickel an diming everything. They left a mess after every stage of the project. Poor communication through the entire process. We had to call them every time. I missed work as they'd call an say we're on our way no scheduling in advance. I wanted my project done an I will ensure to never choose DriRite-CMG3 for any housing needs again.

Hired AZ EC, Inc to remove old popcorn ceiling that tested positive for COVID. Just kidding, it tested positive for asbestos! Bryan was great to work with and his crew did a great job. The job was harder than expected and the team put in the work needed and the quote never changed.

We got what we wanted - no more popcorn ceiling and a clearance test saying we had no more asbestos.

This company was professional and on time. The job was completed in time and they made the overall process very easy and simple. Would highly recommend this company.

This guy was hired by allstate to check on moisture issues found on a bedroom carpet in my home after a heavy rain..He came in and suggested the claim from allstate to be dropped and advised he could do the work of drying out the area, replace the padding under the carpet and that he would check for the issue causing the leak..
A fan was placed in the area and left overnight..The area was checked the following day and the padding was never replaced and the cause of the damage was never looked into..The charge for using a fan? $300..When he was questioned via email about the work and the charge the entire story of what was going to be done had changed and a breakdown of costs was created in an attempt to justify the $300 charge.
A deceptive and dishonest business that overcharged and didn't do as promised..I would steer clear of this shady businessman..
Allstate was given the information and hopefully, do not use this business for any of their claims issues..

I called three weeks ago after a storm and burst pipes. It took me three weeks just to get on the schedule. Called on the day the appointment was supposed to take place and turns out they told me the wrong date and scheduled it for a day I won't be home (due to family emergency) and now they want to reschedule for who knows when.

I'm sure everything is dry now that they have waited so long, and probably really moldy too. If you are looking for prompt, professional, or organized service, this isn't it. I told them I have to contact my insurance company to see if we can do something else because working with this company had been a complete fail.
