However, it is imperative we make this exception, given the service we received from Tristan during our stressful situation wherein our home had a water leak and subsequent significant damage. Tristan was instrumental in relieving our stress by his calm and kind demeanor. He swung into action immediately - estimates and clean up of our place were done within the week and 3 weeks later our home is back to normal. Discussions about payment were almost non-existent - there was trust and the priority was to fix the home. Attention to optimizing cost while doing an excellent job were evident in the discussions. Updates were frequent and timely despite having many other projects on the go - It was like he was fixing his own home! Having my water heater leak in my home when I was away was very stressful. Tim and his partner from Venturi we’re so great in responding to the mess in multiple bedrooms, hallways, baths and entryway. Everything was explained to me about what would be done in detail. That really helped me to feel confident that all would be taken care of as quickly as possible. They were prompt and courteous, communicating with me continuously. I felt relieved by the thorough checking for dampness in the walls, carpets and baseboards that it would be done properly. They came every day to check and add blowers to dry the walls, and my home is quite a distance from other places since I live in Gold Canyon. I couldn’t be happier with their service.

Mesic Contracting mobile home repair has such integrity. Tim is honest and does fantastic work. He leveled my manufactured home, did tie-downs, repaired the roof that was damaged, and Tim answered all the questions I had on the FHA engineering report. He upgraded where he could. Whenever I need work in the future, I will definitely use his services.
