Hired by insurance company to do warranty work for a prior contractor. Frank was very professional, replied to calls and texts and followed up on work being done. The roofers came promptly and explained everything that needed to be done, showed pictures and very professional. The painter kept trying and trying to get the proper paint match,,,, mission accomplished.
Would recommend Next Gen to others and would use them again if the need would arise.

I am a first time home owner, just moved in about 8 months ago. With that being said, EHS Restoration were extraordinary!! Prompted. Polite. Knowledgeable. Easy to work with. Personal contact. It was overall a GREAT experience in an unfortunate circumstance. Cody was truly a great representative of EHS and it was great to see someone WANTING to help, and not just clocked in to get his paycheck. HIGHLY recommended. They work hard...the way you would want someone to work for you. they worked off what the insurance, and they worked to get the ball rolling with the Claim. I highly recommend Arizona Total Home Restoration. My condo got flooded by my upstairs neighbor. My condo is older, so asbestos was found in the joint compound. Nathan, Company President, and his team came in and answered all my questions (which were a lot). They did a phenomenal job on the asbestos abatement demolition. They were even able to help identify other issues that were uncovered once demolition was complete (e.g. different drain pipe leak). I am so thankful for their help!

Matthew and Cody are very thorough and professionally commutative. I honestly wouldn't trust most people to do extensive jobs in my home like this but there's something about them that made me very comfortable with the situation.
