I am so happy I called 1-800 Water Damage. From the very first phone call, I could tell they were an amazing company. Not only did they make it to my home in less than an hour after I called them, but they answered all of my questions and helped me understand the entire process with my insurance company. Calling them was the best decision that I made. They handled all of the flooding in my home in LESS than 72 hours. And that's say A LOT since I accidentally flooded two bathrooms, a hallway,my master bedroom, a closet, and a connecting wall! At first I felt totally embarrassed because I had left the bathtub running for well...a very long time - but they were so professional and I instantly felt like I was in good hands.
